Complaints

Step 1 — Tell us

Email complaints@bundle.insure or WhatsApp us. We acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.

Step 2 — Internal escalation

If you're not satisfied with the response, ask for your complaint to be escalated to our Compliance Officer.

Step 3 — FAIS Ombud

If we still can't resolve it, you may approach the FAIS Ombud. Contact details: 012 762 5000 / info@faisombud.co.za.

Step 4 — Insurance Ombud

Short-term claim disputes can be escalated to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance: 011 726 8900.
