Purpose
This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA).
Information officer

Records held
We hold records on policyholders, claims, financial transactions, and statutory filings, retained in line with FSCA and SARS requirements.
Requesting access
Use Form 2 of the PAIA regulations. We respond within 30 days of a valid request.
